Michael Fargusson, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Fargusson’s purpose in life is to provide the best care to not just heal his patients but to make mankind whole.
As a Board Certified Emergency Medicine specialist, his background has allowed him to provide the most up-to-date care and evidence based medicine in sometimes difficult circumstances. Dr. Fargusson graduated as an MD at the top of his class with Alpha Omega Alpha honors from Loma Linda University in 2014. Prior to that, he earned his Bachelor of Arts in 2009 from Pacific Union College, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
When not at Emerge, you can find Dr. Fargusson enjoying the outdoors, exercising, traveling the world, or simply relaxing with his wife, daughter and son.
Nicole Borrowdale
Co-Founder & Operations Director
With an extensive background in dentistry, patient care, and aesthetics, she is passionate about creating a welcoming experience where patients feel confident, cared for and refreshed.
Nicole oversees daily operations and patient experience; helping ensure every visit feels professional, personalized and comfortable. She loves being part of each patient’s journey toward natural looking results through treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, and laser facial rejuvenation.
Outside of the medical spa, Nicole enjoys spending time outdoors and keeping up with her three daughters and their many activities.
